From Launch to Collective Action
Based on our launch turnout, it was evident that the urge to create meaningful change using networks, resources, and skillsets was a collective desire. With leaders from public life and academia affirming our purpose, the message was clear: leadership quality matters if we are to craft a prosperous South Africa for all.
As our founding CEO Vuso Majija noted, "In our retreat from public service and civic engagement, we left a leadership vacuum." PBC is our collective response to that vacuum.

Vuso Majija is a founding member and CEO of PBC. With extensive experience in strategy, governance, and organisational development, he leads the organisation's strategic direction and operational oversight. His vision is rooted in the belief that professionals and businesses can and must play a central role in building a prosperous South Africa. Vuso is a trusted voice on governance, leadership, and civic engagement.
Belinda Belseck
Belinda Belseck is a communications specialist with expertise in stakeholder engagement, media relations, and strategic messaging. She ensures PBC's voice is consistent, credible, and impactful across all platforms. Belinda brings years of experience in corporate communications and a deep commitment to building platforms that amplify ethical leadership.
Itumeleng Monametsi
Itumeleng Monametsi leads PBC's content strategy and written communications, including the monthly newsletter. With a background in journalism and digital communications, she crafts compelling narratives that reflect PBC's values and engage diverse audiences. Itumeleng is passionate about the power of storytelling to drive change.
Matlhodi
Oversees planning and delivery of PBC events, including The Provocation series.
